How the calculation works
Enter your birthday month and day. The calculator uses today's UTC calendar date as the reference and finds the next time that date occurs.
If your birthday has not happened yet this calendar year, the target is this year's date. If today is your birthday, you will see that message. If your birthday already passed this year, the target is next year's date.
Weeks remaining are whole weeks (days ÷ 7, rounded down). Months remaining are approximate calendar months and days between today and the next birthday—the same style as the Age Calculator, not fixed 30-day months.
Turn on "Include today" if you want today to count as the first day toward your birthday (same idea as the Days Until Calculator).
Worked example
Today: 1 July 2025. Birthday: 15 March.
Since 15 March has already passed this year, the target is 15 March 2026.
Days remaining: 257. Weeks remaining: 36 complete weeks.

The calculator reports that today is the birthday rather than showing a day count.
Leap-day birthdays
On February 29, the calculator uses February 29 in leap years. In non-leap years, it uses February 28 and explains that February 29 is not a calendar day in those years.
Birthday later this month
A birthday just a few days away within the current month still resolves correctly, using this year's date rather than rolling forward.
